Rowland is great! Very professional and personable. He reached out to me to bid on my A/C project to have refigerant added and the evaporator coils cleaned and his price uote was excellent He and a colleague were able to come check things out the next evening and he diagnosed a capacitor issue just by hearing the system in ation (I feard it was the blower, but he tested and swapped out the capacitor and that did the trick). He got everything up and running in about 90 minutes. He hcarge a flat fee plus parts, as opposed to an hourly rate.
